💡 Freeze beautifully!
Keep loaves well wrapped (plastic is fine) and freeze the same day you buy them.
To serve: thaw the wrapped boule on the counter 4–6 hours.
For a crisp crust, warm in a 350°F oven for 8–10 minutes — or, if reheating straight from the freezer, unwrap, sprinkle a few drops of water on top, wrap loosely in foil, and warm about 15–20 minutes.
💡 Cookies freeze beautifully!
For best results, wrap cookies tightly in plastic so they’re airtight, or place them (still in their wrap) inside a freezer bag or container.
Freeze as soon as possible after purchase.
To serve: thaw at room temperature for 1–2 hours, or warm briefly in a 300°F oven for 3–5 minutes for that fresh-baked texture.
